The rest of the team includes an Executive in Charge who is the leader, a Project Manager, a Field Manager, and a Superintendent. The Pre-Construction phase will include the steps necessary to prepare the site, design a plan, estimate the costs, and obtain all required permits.
Once your design plan draft is in place, we will analyze it with Building Information Modeling (BMI) software. We will then take a virtual tour via a three-dimensional rendering and ensure that no structural or functional problems exist within the design.
